Joyce Lee is a runner from San Francisco. I got her on the show because her journey to health and fitness is a demonstration that no matter how busy or demanding your schedule is that you can always find the time to work out. Joyce started a program called “Run365” on January 1, 2013, where she decided that she would run at least 1 mile a day (1.6km). At the time she was a busy Asia Pacific Sales Director for a tech company which involved late nights, socialising and a ton of travel to different time zones in and outside the US. Fast forward to 2017, Joyce has run over 1500 days consecutively, has competed in multiple marathons including the Boston Marathon, and has become an IronWoman! She has recently been recognised by Strava for her incredible statistics.
Joyce embodies that as long as you have commitment, determination and perseverance that ordinary people can achieve the extraordinary.

Now into her fifth year of non-stop running, Joyce Lee has already clocked over 650km since the beginning of 2017 according to her Strava profile – and she has no plans to quit any time soon. “While my original intention was to run 365 days consecutively, I couldn’t bear to stop. To be honest, I think I’ve run more consistently than I have flossed,” she says.
